Dave´s Wow Run - Club Drive

On Sunday 29 June, the Club met at Los Montesinos before setting off on the first part of the drive through country roads to San Pedro. Then after a short break in the shade at Robertos Restaurant, we continued on via the Rio Seca near Campoamor to the Casa la Pedrera near San Miguel. We got lots of waves and tooting along the way because a lot of the cars were flying the Spanish flag in honour of the European Cup Final that evening!On arrival at the Casa la Pedrera members were able to enjoy the beautiful pools and jacuzzi whilst others lounged on the sun terraces. Lunch was an American style BBQ - the views from the terraces to the lakes and nature areas were outstanding. A large number of members also participated in the quad biking which was a guided tour around the lakes.
