Clubnight - September

We had a great turnout for this evening at the Mirador del Mediterraneo.For the first hour, members had the opportunity to get together to natter to fellow enthusiasts, exchange ideas and mechanical knowledge.
A few potential members came to see what the Club was about and, by the end of the evening, they had signed up to be members!
We then had an informal meeting where Jeff explained how the election process for the new Executive Committee was going to work and went through the vacancies. No one is currently standing for the Treasurer´s position and he asked members to think about whether they were interested in helping. The Club also needs a couple of members to act as Internal Auditors.
Mel and Sandra then went through the details of Sunday´s trip to Novelda and people had the opportunity to ask last minute questions.
Eric then outlined the club drive to Cabo Tiñoso, Cartagena which is planned for Sunday 28 October. Bookings will be taken soon for that event and it sounds a really interesting and fun day out.
Members then relaxed over drinks on the terrace for a chat.
